Teacher/Principal Evaluation Method
Tenured teachers are evaluated on an annual basis and non-tenured teachers are evaluated three times a year by district administration through scheduled observation. Teachers are evaluated in three areas: Academics, Pedagogy, and Professionalism. Each area consists of job specific indicators which the teacher is evaluated on performance scale of Commendable, Satisfactory, Needs Improvement, and Unsatisfactory.
